HOA & Outdoor Design FAQ – Central Florida
What services do you offer?
We provide professional 2D drafting and high-quality 3D outdoor visualizations designed to support planning, approvals, and construction.
How long does a project take?
Simple HOA layouts or basic designs created from a property survey or satellite image typically take about one week.
More detailed projects, including complex 3D designs and multiple revisions, usually require 2 to 4 weeks depending on scope and adjustments.
Can you handle HOA plan requirements?
Yes. We prepare clear and organized 2D site plans designed to support common HOA review requirements, including dimensions, setbacks, and labeled existing and proposed elements. Final approval always depends on your specific HOA guidelines.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. One revision round is included with every project.
For 3D designs, we follow a structured approval process. Clients first approve the 2D layout before final rendering begins. This ensures the design aligns with your vision and reduces unnecessary revisions.
Additional revisions or major scope changes may incur additional fees
What information do you need to start a project?
Pricing depends on project scope; we provide clear quotes upfront.
How do I get started with Outdoor Draft?
Contact us via our website form, email, phone, text, or WhatsApp to discuss your project scope and timeline. We’ll review your property details and outline the next steps to move your design forward.
What is your pricing model?
To begin your 2D site plan or 3D outdoor design, we typically require a property survey. If a survey is not available, we may work from satellite imagery and available measurements depending on the project scope. For projects requiring precise on-site measurements, we offer field measurement services in Polk County and surrounding Central Florida areas.
Do you provide permit-ready or sealed drawings?
OutdoorDraft provides conceptual design and drafting services only. We do not provide structural engineering, sealed drawings, or permit application services. All final construction documents must be prepared and submitted by licensed professionals.
Can you revise plans after HOA feedback?
Yes. Minor HOA-related adjustments may be included within the revision round. Additional changes beyond the original scope may require an additional fee.
